The Tramex Hygrohood is an insulated relative humidity hood for non-destructive relative humidity testing of concrete and other floors and screeds. It is used in conjunction with the CMEX5, CMEX2 or MRH3 moisture meters together with Tramex Hygro-i2 RH probes, allowing surface (hood type) RH testing without drilling the slab.

The hood is sealed to the floor surface using butyl sealant tape (HOODT, sold separately as a replacement consumable), and the Hygro-i2 probe within the hood measures the humidity emitted from the slab surface. It can also be used with the DL-RHTX Feedback Datalogger and RHIE2 interface cable for logged surface RH testing.
