Description

The machine that takes the strenuous physical work out of mould and microbial removal. It is designed to apply and control the hydrogen-based surface reaction that penetrates, dislodges and lifts mould and other surface contaminates out of timber and building materials, ready for final HEPA removal.

Key Features

  • Every part is manufactured using materials able to withstand constant contact with the Serum chemicals.
  • All wetted metal parts are Grade 316 stainless steel (Marine Alloy).
  • All plastic parts, such as internal and application hose are polypropylene specifically designed to be compatible with Serum’s chemical technologies.
  • Lightweight yet durable materials for ease of use and maneuverability.
  • Controlled, low pressure output to minimise wastage and provide additional safeguards for the operators. But its unique design enables it to still pump the products using up to 30 meters of application hose.
  • The machine comes standard with 15 meters of 1/4” ID application hose that is fitted with stainless steel quick coupling connectors enabling the quick and easy addition of another 15 meters section of hose.
  • Minimal power consumption. This means large generators are not required when working on unpowered sites. Powered by a 110 VAC
  • 50/60 cycle motor using less than 1 amp of current while under full load. This allows the MINI Application System to be connected to any daisy chain power system, prevents circuit breaker interruptions, and allows operation off an inverter on a 12 VDC vehicle battery/alternator or other small, portable power supply units.
  • The two liquid products are picked up through fixed solution suction tubes that are colour coded for safety.
  • The Accelerator is added via a closed loop system, ensuring it combines with Serum 1000 only when it is supposed to, providing another safeguard for the operator.
  • The Accelerator bottle is fitted with a factory installed insert containing a check valve that prevents any product from leaving the container until the check valve is married to the RED cap, which also contains a check valve. This secondary check valve prevents the product in the RED pickup tube from draining back out when disconnected. When married, they allow the product to be picked up by downstream injector suction.
  • The MINI Application System is fitted with a trigger control spray wand which when engaged will turn the pump motor on and, when released turn the pump motor off.
