SECTION 5 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any dispute arising from these User Agreement or use of our website, parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. If unresolved after thirty (30) days, parties agree to submit to final and binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Restoration Innovations’ location. Each party will be responsible for their own arbitration costs. The arbitration proceeding will not be consolidated with any other matters or joined with any other proceedings or parties. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
SECTION 6 – CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
The prices of our products can change without prior notice.
We maintain the right to adjust or cease the Service (or any portion or content therein) at any moment without prior notification.
Neither you nor any third-party can hold us liable for any Service changes, price adjustments, suspensions, or discontinuations.

Refund Policy
Policy for Cancellation and Returns
Unless explicitly noted in the product description, Restoration Innovations accepts product returns within 7 days of delivery in the following situations: noticeable physical damage to the product, the product is faulty **(in cases where no warranty is provided by the original manufacturer), or the product notably deviates from its description (size, colour, quality, or material).
Except when stated otherwise in the product description, the following conditions need to be fulfilled: The product must remain in its original state. Only products that are unused, unmodified, and clean will be accepted. Original brand packaging should be undamaged. If available within a reasonable timeframe, replacements will be provided.
If you need to return a product, you can initiate a return request by contacting us on 07 5523 0554 or via email at salesrestorationinnovations.au. Please provide the following information: Order ID, clear images displaying the damage or a description of the defect, or details of the product if it’s missing or incomplete.
Upon receiving your request, Restoration Innovations will validate the return request and provide details about the pickup process. Please ensure that the product remains unused and in its original state. Include all tags, original packaging, and the invoice along with the product.
** Original Manufacturer’s Warranty
Faulty products and manufacturing defects are generally covered under warranty by the original manufacturer of the product. To determine if your product is covered under warranty, call or email us. Upon receiving your request, Restoration Innovations will verify your request and inform you about the warranty procedure.
