Description
The Tramex Flooring Installation Quick Check Plus Kit (IQCPK) is a compact kit for conducting the Installation Quick Check test: instant, non-destructive, quantitative moisture content testing of concrete floors and ambient dew point conditions at the time of installation. It is designed for a last minute, fast and accurate moisture and humidity test to ensure a successful floor installation.
Even if pre-installation tests have been performed, checking the %MC and ambient dew point conditions at the time of installation is crucial to ensure a successful installation. The Tramex CMEX5 digital moisture meter allows non-destructive quantitative testing of concrete moisture content using gravimetric testing as a baseline. The CMEX5 has a built-in hygrometer providing ambient relative humidity, temperature and dew point measurements. The Infrared Thermometer provides surface temperature readings for comparison with the dew point conditions, to avoid condensation related issues and floor failures at the time of installation.
The Tramex Meters App allows data reporting to mobile devices, GeoTagging of test results, and creating, saving and sharing photos, reports and charts.
The kit comes in a Tramex Easy-travel case.
